Is inven2ri.com free to start?
Yes. The Free plan includes core inventory tools, POS, VAT settings, and limited warehouses so you can try the full workflow before upgrading. Premium unlocks CRM, services, quotations, and more.
Can I track stock across multiple warehouses?
Yes. Add locations, set optional capacity limits, transfer stock between warehouses, and choose which warehouse to sell from or restock into.
Does it work with barcode scanners?
Yes. Use a USB barcode scanner or your phone camera from Products and POS. If a barcode is not found, you can add the product on the spot.
Can I configure VAT for my business?
Yes. In Tax & VAT settings you can enable VAT, set the rate (e.g. 12%), choose exclusive or inclusive pricing, add your TIN, mark products and services as VAT-exempt, and control whether tax lines appear on invoices and quotations. Mark “not VAT registered” if you do not charge VAT.
Can I send quotations to customers?
With Premium, create quotes from products and services, share a public link (with PDF and QR), let customers accept or decline, then fulfill accepted quotes into a sale—cash or charge to account.
Can clients view a sales invoice without logging in?
Yes. From Sales you can create a shareable public link (and QR) so customers can open the invoice in a browser, see the VAT breakdown when configured, and download the PDF.
Can I show bank details or GCash QR on invoices?
Yes. In Payment Options you can add multiple bank accounts and QR payment methods, then toggle whether they appear on sales invoices, quotations, and statements of account.
Can I charge sales to a customer account?
With CRM enabled, select a customer at checkout or when fulfilling a quotation and charge the amount to their account. You can track balances and record payments later.
Is there a setup guide for new teams?
Yes. Owners get a Setup checklist covering products, warehouses, stock, customers, payment options, configure VAT, quotations, and POS. The Tutorial tab walks through the same workflows anytime.
Can my staff use it with limited permissions?
Premium unlocks sub-accounts. Owners can grant manage or view access for products, warehouses, POS, CRM, services, quotations, scanner, and sales history.
